The president of the USA George Bush (Junior) welcoming the prime minister of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Prachanda in Newyork. It is interestingly important because the former Guerilla rebels, Maoist Chairman, and his party is still in the "Terror Organisation List" of the USA. The Maoist won the last election in Nepal therefore Prachanda became the first elected prime minister in Republic Nepal. The welcome by Bush, is also the support to the former rebellion to transform to the democratic force!
