Hello There!

How are you? First of all, I would like to congratule you (the webmaster of this blog) and all the Nepalese community studying in Goettingen. Your work and research over there will countribute both, Germany and Nepal, to achieve greater objectives. Second of all, I would like to ask you a question. Recently I was told that, in order to pursue PhD studies in Germany, you might need a German Master or Diploma degree. I would like to know if that is true. I am not sure but maybe some Nepalese have adquired their master degree in Nepal and then go to Germany in order to continue with a PhD programme. Hope you could help me with my doubts.

With the best regards.

It doesnot matter from where you got your diploma or master degree to pursue phd here in Germany, only the quality matters.
If you have master degree with good marks, and some publications, then you are most potential candidate!

Good luck
