(Supporters: students and youth marching towards the Stadium)Today, all seven rulling parties of Nepal, organised joint mass meeting at Kathmandu, to create the favorable atmosphere to CA election which is going to held on 10 th April (28 Chaitra). Sher Bahadur Deuba was the chief guest for the programme and Prachanda, Madhav Kumar Nepal, C.P. Mainali, Prem Suwal, Prakash Man Singh etc were the guests and they addressed the programme. Prime minister Girija Prasad Koirala, couldnot participate the programme due to his health reason. He has been ill since the day before the programme which is quite usual in recent times.
All of them emphasized on the establishment of republic, democratic and federal Nepal after the CA election.
Singer Rubin Gandharva sung the popular song for republic and federal Nepal.
More than 400 thousands people joined the mass meeting. The programme was live aired by Radio Nepal. This programme was taken one step ahead in creating atmosphere for election and trust among people.
This meeting was organised on the leadership of Nepali Congress and supported by all other alliances. Similarly, other parties would take the lead and other alliances would support them in other part of country in organising similar meeting.
