Who is better off? The one is dieing with starvation (Sudan: photo credit Kevin Carter) and a greedy vulture is waiting to eat his flesh after his death (below), and another one is living hard life without good dress and education (above: Nepal).
Can we do anything for this people? I would like to request all to write concrete ideas to work to reduce starvation and poverty in third world.
